3. Repair and test item to customer specifications to ensure proper performance
   
4. Coordinate return shipment to your customer (domestic or international)
   
5. Collect all repair and test data in our database for our customers
   
6. Provide periodic quality reports including which components failed, which components were repaired or replaced, dates of receipt/shipment and associated test data

PRODUCT UPGRADE SERVICES
